Lab Services

Roundup Memorial Healthcare (RMH) offers a wide range of clinical laboratory services. We are also affiliated with reference laboratories to expand our specialized testing service offerings. Our laboratory professionals who work behind the scenes are a critical component of patient care. Walk-In appointments welcome. Please come to the clinic entrance to register and check in for your labs. Patients should register at the clinic registration desk. You will need to know who the referring provider is, or you can bring in a physical copy of your order. Orders must be currently active.

Lab Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Lab Fax # (Provider Referrals): (406) 323-1170

Lab Referral Types

  • Routine Standing Labs
  • Internal Provider Referrals (RMH and Billings Clinic providers)
  • Outside Provider Referrals

Drug Testing

Drug testing is available at the RMH Lab. Employers should contact the lab, in advance, to set up by calling that lab at (406) 323-4907 to ensure supplies and staffing are available at the time of the test.

Direct Lab Testing

RMH Lab provides affordable direct testing for select labs without a provider referral. If you do not have health insurance, have a high deductible, or if your insurance will not pay for a certain lab test, we offer specific testing options so you can have high-quality labs performed at a reduced cost. No appointment is necessary for direct lab testing.

Check in at the registration desk in the clinic and request a Lab Direct Form to view the available tests and their price. Click Here for an explanation of the labs offered via Direct Lab Testing. Payment in full by cash, check, or credit card is required at time of service for direct labs. Insurance will not be billed. Persons under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

Results from Lab Direct testing are only visible to the patient and the laboratory. RMH nursing and providers do not have access to Lab Direct results. RMH is unable to send Lab Direct results to other facilities or providers. It is the patients’ responsibility to provide their Lab Direct results to whom they deem necessary.
